I identified lack of sleep as a key-stone habit causing all my bad behaviors and thinking. Reframing discipline as a form of self-love and as a gift, I set up new healthy boundaries to keep myself successful in the long-term.
I love Inosuke's wild spirit and absolute freedom. He has his own code and he lives his life by his own terms. I find that very inspiring and I wish live more like him.
My plan to live a life not so addicted to my phone. I am setting up restrictions and boundaries so that I may live more presently in the moment and not be bombarded so much by outside noise.
The more the attention of others have been focused on me, the more I realize that our reality is an illusion created by the thoughts of other humans beings, and how what I want most in life is to explore reality at its truest core.
The beauty of nature can help us pause for a moment and look at our problems from a new perspective, relieving some of the artificial, built-up stress we give ourselves.
To stay in Taiwan or to go abroad? What do I really want, and what fear is holding me back?
Everything is happening within my mind, unobserved events are still transpiring, meditation is just objective observation.
