Listen to your body when you workout

If you become accustomed to listening to your body while working out, then you'll naturally just know what exercises to train that day.

It takes a certain amount of awareness, but once you gain it, your training will become more fluid and natural - and the chances for injury decrease dramatically.

You'll develop a more balanced body overall.


My attempt at writing a script for this concept

heavy breathing, serious, relaxed look, meditation, focus
