Day 24 - Focus is the rarest resource on Earth right now
Imagine, if we could call upon absolute focus at any moment, what could we not accomplish?
I have an addiction to my phone.
I am aware of it. It makes me distracted and unable to focus on anything of worth.
I want to be the person who inspires others and change their way of thinking.
I wouldn't be who I am today if not for all the teachers who taught me. I want to carry on that tradition.
I should journal more.
Drifting off thinking is good, but it is best to note down those thoughts, both to bring attention to them and to also be able to examine the entire page of what is going on and try to make sense of it all.

The moment I start writing like this my brain gets bored. It wants to turn on music (even though there is already music playing???) or it wants to check Instagram on my phone. Odd, truly. Focus is the rarest resource on Earth right now.
Okay, let's edit my first narrated video
This is a great YouTube video for what I needed to learn.
I learned so far
- you can add b-roll footage individually as separate scenes, then push them up adding a gap clip below, then in this gap clip record your narration
- you can record your screen as well as your webcam in descript, easily edit and cut according to your transcript, then even add a green screen effect to your small webcam recording and expand it and move it at will, quite convenient
Right now is 8:16pm, I am uploading the videos into descript. Hopefully the editing process goes okay... haha
